I submitted a previous review due to issues with shipping related to the USPS. Since I couldn't edit my review, I'm submitting a new one.
I called the customer service number regarding my delivery issue. They're sending me another tube. I'm changing my rating due to their great customer service and taking into account that it's a USPS issue and not one cause by their company.

JP Lann was very nice in answering my questions and was very responsive. It took almost two weeks to receive but most of that was contributed to USPS. Overall, I have no complaints.
